Shipping Policy

Section 1: Order Preparation

The party placing an order ("Purchaser") acknowledges that the processing and shipment of the order will occur within one (1) to three (3) business days following the confirmation of payment by the Purchaser. "Business days" excludes weekends and public holidays. The Purchaser agrees to this processing time as a condition of the transaction. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent, which will include tracking information. The Purchaser can track the order's status using the tracking page by entering the provided order number.

Section 2: Delivery Times

The estimated delivery period for shipments to the USA and international destinations is between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. Please note that order preparation takes one (1) to two (2) days. These delivery estimates do not account for potential delays caused by external factors beyond Orizenworld's control, including but not limited to labor strikes, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events. The Purchaser acknowledges that such external factors may affect delivery timelines and agrees to hold Orizenworld harmless for any delays resulting from them.

Section 3: Shipping Costs

Orizenworld provides free shipping for orders over $69 to both the USA and international destinations. For orders under $115, a secure shipping option is available for $4.99. The Purchaser consents to these charges upon confirming the order.

Section 4: Customs and Import Fees

For shipments within the mainland United States, the Purchaser will not be liable for customs or import fees, except in rare circumstances, which will be communicated to the Purchaser. For international shipments, the Purchaser may incur customs fees based on the destination country's regulations. The Purchaser is responsible for verifying any potential customs fees with the relevant authorities before placing an order with Orizenworld. Orizenworld will not be responsible for any additional fees or delays arising from the destination country's customs procedures.

Section 5: Returns and Cancellations

The Purchaser is entitled to return or exchange an item within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions in Orizenworld's return policy. The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Orizenworld. All return or exchange requests must comply with the terms outlined in Orizenworld's return policy. Failure to meet these terms may result in the denial of the return or exchange request.
